First Course

(Amuse De Bouche)

A presentation of seven hand crafted seasonal nostalgic single-bite creations, showcasing refined fruits, seafood, meats, and aromatic herbs, designed to awaken the senses with precision, artistry, and elegance.

Second Course

Contemporary Seafood Medley 

Featuring a Kiwi-tuna sandwich, asparagus nuggets, a salmon-calamari kebab, finished with a bright and fragrant dried citrus sauce, a balance of freshness, smoke, texture, and coastal elegance.

Third Course

Pear and cabbage roulade 

A thoughtful exploration of flavour contrast and innovation; sweet pear wrapped in delicate cabbage, accompanied by a surprising yet harmonious carrot-chocolate gravy.
