Our House Rules
To preserve the serene, luxurious experience that defines Natures Crunch and Burst,
we kindly ask all our esteemed guests to observe the following:


The Rules
1. Reservation Policy
All dining experiences are strictly by prior reservation. Walk-ins are not permitted. Kindly ensure bookings are confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
2. Punctuality
To maintain the seamless flow of service, guests are expected to arrive promptly. We allow a 15-minute grace period, after which the reservation may be released.
3. Dress Code
Elevated Elegance Guests are required to dress in smart evening attire. Casual wear, athletic clothing, flip-flops, and excessively revealing outfits are not permitted.

4. Dining Decorum
• Loud conversations, disruptive behaviour, or excessive displays of affection are discouraged to ensure a peaceful ambiance.
• Kindly refrain from placing bags or personal items on the table. Discreet storage is available upon request.
5. Children Policy
Due to the refined nature of our space, children under the age of 16 are only permitted during private group reservations.
6. Mobile Device Etiquette
Phones must be set to silent mode. Kindly take calls outside the dining area. Photography is welcomed but must be discreet - no flash or video calls allowed.

7. Allergies & Dietary Needs
We take dietary needs seriously. Please inform us of any allergies or restrictions at the time of your booking or upon arrival.
8. Corkage & Outside Items
Bringing outside food or beverages is not permitted. Special corkage requests must be pre-approved and attract a fee.
9. Tipping & Service Appreciation
A service charge is included in all bills. Additional gratuity is appreciated but not required.
10. Reservation Cancellations
Cancellations or changes must be made at least 12 hours in advance. No-shows may incur a non-refundable charge.

11. Restroom Etiquette
Our restrooms are designed for your comfort and maintained to the highest standards.
• Please help us keep them pristine by disposing of items properly.
• Kindly avoid congregating or using restrooms for extended breaks during service.
12. Pets
To ensure the comfort of all guests, pets are not allowed on the premises.
13. Payment Policy
We accept debit cards and electronic transfers only. Cash payments are not accepted.
